When is my planning packet due?
Preferable 30 days prior but no later than 3 weeks prior to the event
How do I return my packet?
You can send your packet back via EMAIL, FAX, MAIL or in person at a pre event
Do I have to pick every song played?
NO, the DJ is able to choose appropriate music for each stage of your event.
If a song I would like is NOT on your list, can I bring it myself?
Our entire library is not listed so don’t be alarmed if your favorite song or artist is not listed.
If we are unable to locate your request you may provide it, as long as it is on a CD or
IPOD. You can also email a copy to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the dress code for my DJ?
Your DJ will be dressed in Tuxedo Attire unless other preferred by you to wear more
When do I pay the balance?
Five days prior to your event.
What if I need the DJ to stay longer on the day of my event?
The DJ can stay as long as the venue approves the additional time. The overtime rate varies by facility.
Additional fees may apply for the banquet room and bar services.
Do I need to TIP my DJ?
DJs are in the service industry and as such it is customary and reasonable to tip the DJ.
Gratuities typically range from 15-20% but the exact amount is totally up to you.
Is it to late to add on Photography or Video Production Services?
If you still need any additional services please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Often time there are options available for late bookings.
We are planning a wedding and need a music selection that appeals to people of all ages. Can you do that?
No problem. You have no idea how many songs there are that grandchildren and grandparents both know. We have hundreds of them in our playlists.
What kinds of events do you do?
We do all kinds of parties and it is our DJs job to get people to dance. Since we love all kinds of music, we can provide music for any kind of event (including background music). We bi-lingual djs as well for events needing Spanish music and/or announcements.
What kind of equipment do you provide?
We provide a professional sound system suited for the venue and number of guests you are planning. We include a wireless microphone and dance floor lighting in every package.
